• Message content — the text of your enquiry.

No additional data (e.g. IP address, cookies) is collected through the contact form itself.

Your data is processed solely to respond to your enquiry. The legal basis for this processing is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the consent checkbox before submitting the form.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained only as long as necessary to handle your enquiry and any follow-up communication. Once the matter is resolved, your data will be deleted within90 days, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
